Chris Weir was born in Queens, NY. He received his painting and printmaking degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA where he currently resides. He lives there with his wife and two daughters. Weir specializes in oil paintings of iconic images and landmarks in addition to landscapes and cityscapes. His paintings are included in many private collections.
